We do not offer refunds if the client has received any High Intent Leads Data during the billing period. If the client is billed for the month, they can cancel and receive a refund within 72 hours of the billing date, but only if no data has been delivered during that period. For email marketing services, clients may cancel within 72 hours to receive a full refund of the setup fee. After the 72-hour window, refunds are not available.
